Scope, Objectives and Tasks of Pudong New Area Water Resources Planning and Management (I) Scope of Governance Pudong New Area mainly refers to a triangle area to the east of the Huangpu River, south of the Changjiang River estuary and north of the Yang River. The total planned land area is 350km ~ 2, including 325.1km ~ 2 north of Chuan Yang River and 24.9km ~ 2 south of Chuan Yang River.
