建立Corex工艺熔融气化炉移动床区域冷态模型,通过对示踪颗粒层运动信息的跟踪、研究,得到移动床区域炉料的流动规律、死料柱几何形状及尺寸。分析移动床高度、风口气体总流量对死料柱高度及横截面积的影响规律。试验结果表明:根据炉料流动规律,熔融气化炉移动床区域可分为四个不同的子区域。移动床底部的死料柱形状呈半椭圆形。在其它参数不变的情况下,随着移动床高度的增加,死料柱高度及横截面积减小;当风口气体流量增加,死料柱高度及横截面积减小。
The cold model of the moving bed in the Corex process melter gasifier is established. By tracking and studying the movement information of the particle tracer, the flow pattern of the charge in the moving bed and the geometry and size of the dead column are obtained. The influence of moving bed height and total outlet air flow on the height and cross-sectional area of dead column was analyzed. The experimental results show that the moving bed area of the melter-gasifier can be divided into four different sub-areas according to the flow of charge. Moving bed at the bottom of the dead column shape was semi-oval. With other parameters unchanged, as the height of moving bed increases, the height and cross-sectional area of dead-material column decrease. When the air flow rate increases, the height and cross-sectional area of dead-material column decrease.
