Q:酷热的夏季,舞蹈课上,孩子们总是大汗淋漓,而不当的防暑降温的方式会蝴有很多害处,比如说吹空调、洗冷水澡。怎样做才能达到防暑降温与保养身体的叹重要求呢?A舞蹈课上,不当的降温方式虽然暂时缓解了酷热难耐的身体状况,但是随后会有很多潜在的问题发生。边开空调边上课很多舞蹈老师都会有这样的习惯,就是边开空调边上课。实际上,夏季在室内边运动边吹空调对孩子的身体有很多害处。剧烈运动时,人的毛孔会张开,在人体热量很大的时候,吹空调、吹冷风会让寒气进入毛孔,使毛孔迅速收缩,很容易造成机体的着凉,引起感冒发烧等症状。除此之外,还会引起关节疼痛。所以,孩子们应尽量不要出了大汗去吹空调,吹冷风,防止着凉。
