为繁荣西北统计事业,更好地开展省际交流与合作。使统计学会工作更好地为西部大开发服务,为统计事业服务,本着平等、交流、合作、友谊的精神建议成立西北统计学会联席会,并制定以下工作制度: 一、西北统计学会联席会为西北五省(区)、新疆生产建设兵团统计学会自发组成的学术团体,联席会组成人员由西北五省(区)、新疆生产建设兵团统计学会领导人组成,推选会长、副会长,联席会的办事机构为秘书处。二、各省(区)及新疆生产建设兵团统计学会本着平等、交流、合作、友谊的宗旨,在联席会会长、副会长领导下开展工作,本着自愿原则参加有关学术活动,学会联席会不干涉各省(区)及新疆生产建设兵团统
In order to prosper the statistical services in Northwest China, we should better carry out inter-provincial exchanges and cooperation.
