本文用扫描电镜、能谱仪、金相等方法对起重吊钩进行了试验和分析,结果表明:折叠、夹杂物不良组织等材质缺陷是导致起重吊钩发生脆性解理断裂主要原因。
In this paper, the lifting hooks were tested and analyzed by SEM, EDS and SEM. The results showed that the defects such as the folding and inclusion bad material were the main reasons leading to the brittle cleavage fracture of the lifting hooks.
