易变质品的特点决定了其经营风险大、市场供给与需求不确定,所以更需要连锁经营者有效的进行库存管理。本文分析了当前易变质品连锁企业供应链管理上存在的问题,讨论了合理的库存管理对于易变质品连锁经营的意义,并在此基础上提出了针对易变质品连锁经营的库存管理策略。
