为了评价新型非离子造影剂碘必乐370作左心室和冠脉造影的效果及毒副反应,分别用碘必乐370、优维显370、Hexabrix320和76%复方泛影葡胺作左心室造影65例、冠脉造影90例。记录造影前后心电图、左心室及主动脉压力曲线、dp/dt曲线。结果:①4种造影剂具有同样满意的显影效果;②热感、口干、恶心等副反应以76%复方泛影葡胺组最明显,其余3组均较轻;③左心室造影时泛影葡胺组LVEDP明显升高(P<005);④冠脉造影时,泛影葡胺组有明显的心率减慢和主动脉压力降低(P<001),碘必乐等3组心率不减慢、主动脉压力降低程度轻。提示造影剂的渗透压可能是产生毒副反应和血流动力学改变的主要原因。碘必乐370与优维显和Hexabrix一样,毒副反应小,血流动力学改变轻,可安全地用于心血管造影。
In order to evaluate the effect of non-ionic contrast agent Iodide 370 for left ventricular and coronary angiography and toxic and side effects, we used left ventricular angiography with ibuprofen 370, Uvex 370, Hexabrix 320 and 76% compound diatrizoate 65 cases, 90 cases of coronary angiography. Results: ①4 kinds of contrast agent have the same satisfactory developing effect; ② heat, dry mouth, nausea and other side effects in 76% compound diatrizoate meglumine group was the most obvious, the other three groups were lighter; ③ left ventricular angiography (P <005). ④ Coronary angiography showed that the diastolic blood pressure was significantly decreased and the aortic pressure was decreased (P <001) and iodine and other 3 Group heart rate does not slow down, reduce the severity of aortic pressure light. Tip of the contrast agent osmotic pressure may be the main reason for toxic side effects and hemodynamic changes. Iodoform 370 is similar in potency with Hexabrix, with less toxic side effects and less haemodynamic changes and is safe for cardiovascular imaging.
