公共管理教学中的案例教学突破传统的授受教学模式,既重视培养学生的问题意识、合作意识,也重视促进师生、生生之间知识的迁移和创新。案例教学本身蕴含知识管理的内涵,因此,认清案例教学存在的误区,在知识管理的启发下建立师生学习共同体、优化教学环境以及通过SECI推动显性和隐性知识的转化,有利于提高公共管理教学中案例教学的效果。
