由于加工上的困难,一般大量块的表面光洁度都较低。为了提高大量块的研合力,我们采用抛光的方法来提高大量块的表面光洁度。使用如图1所示的圆柱形胶木框架抛光大量块。夹具中间有两个互相平行且垂直于底面的竖槽,截面尺寸36×10毫米,左右各有两根 M8×1的平头铜紧固螺丝。抛光盘直径比夹具直径大50%,表面略凸,蒙厚尼或绒,再蒙一层白绸,用铁丝箍紧。
