本文试验研究了短茎秆在气流中的阻力系数和升力系数,对短茎秆在气流中的运动规律进行了分析计算和快速摄影,并用台架试验对分析计算结果作了验证。当短茎秆转动不大时,计算结果和试验结果基本吻合。气流和短茎杆的相对速度方向,与短茎秆的法向成43°时,短茎秆的升力系数最大,约为阻力系数的65%。在脱出物的气流清选中,适当地选择工作参数,以充分利用短茎秆的升力将显著提高清选效果
In this paper, the resistance coefficient and lift coefficient of short stalk in airflow were experimentally studied, and the movement rule of short stalk in airflow was analyzed and calculated. The results of analysis and calculation were verified by the bench test. When the short stalk rotation is not large, the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The relative speed of the airflow and the short stem was the highest, about 65% of the drag coefficient, at a 43 ° normal to the short stem.
