目的评价联合检测恶性肿瘤特异生长因子(TSGF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和CA19-9在诊断大肠癌中的应用价值。方法取健康体检者259例、大肠癌285例(直肠癌182例、结肠癌103例)、大肠良性疾病167例(增生性息肉79例、炎性息肉57例、管状腺瘤31例)血清,同时检测血清中TSGF(分光光度法)、CEA和CA19-9水平(化学发光法)。结果 TSGF、CEA和CA19-9诊断大肠癌的敏感率分别为87.4%、53.3%和51.2%,TSGF敏感率明显高于CEA和CA19-9(P<0.05),三者联合检测敏感性可提高至91.9%。结论 TSGF诊断大肠癌的敏感度高于CEA、CA19-9,但特异性低于CEA、CA19-9。三者联合检测可提高大肠癌诊断的特异性和灵敏度。
Objective To evaluate the value of combined detection of tumor specific growth factor (TSGF), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and CA19-9 in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods Totally 259 cases of healthy subjects, 285 cases of colorectal cancer (182 cases of rectal cancer, 103 cases of colon cancer), 167 cases of benign colorectal disease (79 cases of proliferative polyps, 57 cases of inflammatory polyps and 31 cases of tubular adenoma) Serum TSGF (spectrophotometry), CEA and CA19-9 levels (chemiluminescence) were also detected. Results The sensitivity rates of TSGF, CEA and CA19-9 in diagnosing colorectal cancer were 87.4%, 53.3% and 51.2%, respectively. The sensitivity of TSGF was significantly higher than that of CEA and CA19-9 (P <0.05) To 91.9%. Conclusion The sensitivity of TSGF in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer is higher than that of CEA and CA19-9, but the specificity is lower than that of CEA and CA19-9. Joint detection of the three can improve the specificity and sensitivity of colorectal cancer diagnosis.
