目的探讨感觉神经性耳聋与航空航天飞行的关系。方法分析36 名飞行人员感觉神经性耳聋病例。结果36 例中单侧耳聋15 例,双侧耳聋21 例;轻度聋9 耳,中度聋37 耳,重度聋11 耳;19 例永久停飞,17 例飞行合格。结论感觉神经性耳聋因影响空中通讯而危及飞行安全;航空航天飞行也能引起或加重感觉神经性耳聋。
Objective To explore the relationship between sensory neuropathy deafness and aerospace flight. Methods 36 cases of pilots sensory nerve deafness were analyzed. Results Among the 36 cases, 15 cases were unilateral deafness, 21 cases were bilateral deafness, 9 ears were mild deafness, 37 ears were moderate deafness and 11 ears were severe deafness. Conclusions Sensory nerve deafness endangers the safety of flight by affecting the air communication. Aerospace flight can also cause or aggravate sensory nerve deafness.
