电子技术的进展,使其与电磁环境日益密切相关:一方面,越来越多的机电设备的电磁辐射污染了电磁环境;另一方面,日益提高的接收灵敏度甚至使袖珍计算器也能成为某些电子设备的干扰源。因此,包括电磁隔离在内的电磁兼容性技术,在国外已普遍受到重视。但是,对大多数不怕干扰的机电设备来说,若为抑制其干扰辐射而采取兼容技术使成本过多地增加,则在实际工作中将阻力重重。本文提出“赋予普通金属结构以电磁屏蔽性能”的设计思想,并给出了实现这种设计思想的设计要素和质量控制因素,从而能使干扰辐射得到一定的衰减,使无数电子设备既能受益而成本增加又不多。
