香型蘑菇花脸香蘑Lepista sordida是夏秋季生长在山坡草地、草原、菜园等地的一种野生食用菌。气味浓香,肉质脆嫩,味道鲜美。该菌在市场上价格昂贵,贵阳地区售价每千克鲜菇为16~30元。为开发这一美味食品,我们于1990年开始采集不同地区生长的花脸香蘑种二十多个进行分离、驯化、栽培。经五年多的艰辛试验,终于研制成功性能稳定的香蘑新种——花脸香蘑L-607及其一套高产栽培技术。
