The reliable operation of the vehicle technical maintenance system is a necessary condition for the stable railway transportation. In order to give full play to the role of any level of repair (such as section repair or factory repair), it is important to correctly solve three problems: the selection of a reasonable period, the organization of repair work and the development of technical operations.
