本文在流行病学调查的基础上,在大骨节病相对活跃重病区收集人工引产胎儿12例,同时收集非病区胎儿17例,对右手食指及右胫骨下端骨软骨进行了病理组织学的比较观察,结果未发现大骨节病的典型病理改变。在两组胎儿指骨近心端及胫骨下端骺软骨的静止与细胞繁殖层间,均发现挟有一条由梭型细胞组成的细胞带,与王氏所述:“临界细胞带”相似。此带在无骺核的指骨远心端是不明显的,并对其意义及其他改变作了简要讨论。
