在机械和仪器制造业中,不论是机床还是精密仪器,采用圆锥结构的较多,其大小随使用情况不同而不同。圆锥体锥度的测量,按其不同的误差要求,采用的测量方法也不一样,常用的锥度测量方法,有万能测量显微镜轴切法,正弦尺间接测量法,还有用万能测长仪或测长机测量等等。我们曾试验了一种测量锥度的方法,对于细小型圆锥体锥度的测量,优于常用测量法,测量结果更准确可靠。 1.测量原理和方法在万能测量显微镜上,用分辨率为0.1μm的电感式测微仪作定位测量(如图所示)。电感式测微仪的测头2为旁向测头,借助于夹具固定在万能测量显微镜的主显微镜物镜上。测头的测力为0.1N。被测圆锥体3安装在万能测量显微镜的顶针1架上。移动纵横向滑板,使
