基于对砂浆搅拌机的搅拌轴的工作方式和性能的研究,详细介绍了搅拌轴的基本的工作原理和结构。通过ANSYS三维建模,并且对刀具进行有限元分析即进行相应的静强度、模态分析和疲劳分析,同时采用目标驱动优化的方法对搅拌轴进行优化,通过优化表明:优化后的搅拌轴的最大等效应力为544.14 MPa,并且质量较少。优化后搅拌轴的尺寸更加合理,从而为搅拌轴的结构设计提供合理的科学的参考依据。
Based on the study of the working mode and performance of the agitator shaft of the mortar mixer, the basic working principle and structure of the agitator shaft are introduced in detail. Through ANSYS three-dimensional modeling, and the finite element analysis of the tool that is the corresponding static strength, modal analysis and fatigue analysis, while the use of target-driven optimization of the stirring shaft optimization, optimization shows that: the optimized mixing shaft The maximum equivalent stress is 544.14 MPa with less mass.
