《中国中医药报》2016年2月1日讯:中医药法草案自去年12月底提交十二届全国人大常委会第十八次会议首次审议,引起社会广泛关注。2016年1月29日是中医药法草案向社会公开征求意见的截止日期,中国人大网显示,截至当日19时,中国人大网已收到超过32000条征求意见。专家指出,中医药立法有助于进一步推进中医药事业改革发展,构建中国特色基本医疗卫生制度,维护和增进人民群众健康。中医药立法之路历经30余年,行业内对此翘首以盼,希望能够立一部好法为中医药事业发展保驾护航。
China Traditional Medicine Newspaper February 1, 2016: Draft Chinese Medicine Law was first considered at the 18th meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee since the end of December last year, arousing wide public concern. January 29, 2016 is the deadline for the public to comment on the draft Law of Chinese Medicines. CNNIC shows that as of 19:00 on the same day, CNNIC received more than 32,000 comments. Experts point out that the legislation of Chinese medicine helps to further promote the reform and development of Chinese medicine, build a basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics, and safeguard and enhance people’s health. After more than 30 years in the path of Chinese medicine legislation, the industry is very much looking forward to this and hopes to establish a good law to escort the development of Chinese medicine.
