本文介绍不同材料(不锈钢、铜及磁)制成的宫内节育器IUD引起子宫内膜ACP(酸性磷酸酶)、AKP(碱性磷酸酶)及ATPase(三磷酸腺苷酶)的活性改变,并提出其评定标准。结果显示铜IUD引起上述三种酶的变化较其他几种IUD明显得多,它能使ACP活力增加,AKP和ATPase活力降低。这也可能是铜IUD避孕效果好而出血量多的原因之一。这些结果提示不同材料的IUD所引起的避孕机理可能不尽相同。至于ACP在IUD的避孕机理中和在引起出血的副反应中,其因果关系如何尚有待进一步研究。
This article describes the IUDs of IUD made of different materials (stainless steel, copper and magnetism) that cause changes in the activity of endoplasmic ACP (acid phosphatase), AKP (alkaline phosphatase) and ATPase (adenosine triphosphate) Evaluation Standards. The results showed that copper IUD caused more changes of the above three enzymes than other several IUDs, which increased the activity of ACP and the activity of AKP and ATPase. This may also be copper IUD contraceptive effect and bleeding one of the reasons. These results suggest that IUDs of different materials may cause different contraceptive mechanisms. As for the ACP in the contraceptive mechanism of IUD and in the bleeding-causing side effects, its causal relationship remains to be further studied.
