建筑工程中,有大量的竖向钢筋连接。以前多采用绑扎接头,每个接头约浪费35-45倍d的钢筋,材料消耗过大。为节约钢材,我单位与某焊接设备厂共同研制了新型竖向钢筋电渣压力焊机。一、焊机特点1.一台焊机可供数个机头顺序操作,大大提高了设备利用率和焊接效率。2.将控制系统制成独立的控制箱,配接现有相应功率的电焊机即可进行捍接。这样,就给使用单位节省了焊机的投资。该控制系统中的焊接时间为数字显示,经久耐用。
