我院应用“颈椎2号”治疗神经根型颈椎病多年,疗效颇佳。本文是近年来治疗的232例临床及药理实验总结。 临床资料:232例神经根型颈椎病中,男134例,女98例,平均年龄50.1岁,平均病程1.5年。治法:单纯口服颈椎2号,3次/日,5片/次,1月/1疗程,平均服药3.7月。结果:优83例(35.8％);良71例(30.6％);有效61例(26.2％);无效17例(7.4％);无1例加重,未发现过敏现象。血、尿常规、血沉、肝功能等检查均无异常发现。
The use of “Cervical No. 2” in our hospital for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve roots for many years has a good therapeutic effect. This article is a summary of 232 clinical and pharmacological experiments that have been treated in recent years. Clinical data: Of the 232 cases of cervical spondylotic nerve root disease, 134 were male and 98 were female. The average age was 50.1 years and the average duration of disease was 1.5 years. Governing Law: Oral cervical spine 2 alone, 3 times/day, 5 tablets/time, January/1 treatment course, average medication 3.7 months. Results: The results were excellent in 83 cases (35.8%); good in 71 cases (30.6%); effective in 61 cases (26.2%); ineffective in 17 cases (7.4%); no case was aggravated and no allergy was found. Blood, urine routine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, liver function tests were all found to be abnormal.
