目的:探讨阴茎异物崁顿致阴茎绞窄的诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析阴茎铁环崁顿致阴茎绞窄1例,结合国内外文献,探讨阴茎异物崁顿致阴茎绞窄的发病原因、绞窄程度、并发症和诊治方法。结果:该例患者随访1年,阴茎外观满意,自主排尿通畅,无感觉障碍,可正常勃起。结论:阴茎异物嵌顿致阴茎绞窄处理的关键是及时解除崁顿,可根据崁顿异物、嵌顿时间和阴茎损伤分级等选择具体治疗方法,建议多种方法结合,以迅速解除崁顿,减少并发症的发生。
Objective: To explore the method of diagnosis and treatment of penile strangulation caused by penile foreign body. Methods: One case of penile stricture caused by penis loop was retrospectively analyzed. The etiology, strangulation degree, complication and diagnosis and treatment of penile stunned penile foreign body caused by penile foreign body involvement were studied.
