本文着重分析麻防机构资金自筹的渠道、数量和变化趋势。主要结论有：到1995年．自筹资金的比例占机构经费的77．8％；机构自筹的主要渠道是提供麻风防治以外的皮肤病服务，如性病；在1995年，虽有部分收入来自麻风服务，但比例很小；机构自筹比例逐年上升，机构自筹比例增加的主要原因是政府补偿机制的转变。政策建议为：应避免麻防机构有偿服务可能导致的对麻风防治的负面影响。
This article focuses on the analysis of the channels, the number, and the trend of changes in the self-raising funds of the defense agencies. The main conclusions are: to 1995.
