目前许多厂蓄热室温度不高,这是影响熔炼时间长的一个重要因素,很多厂容忍蓄热室温度长斯处在800—900℃不正常的低温状态,而没有采取措施。蓄热室温度关系着:煤气、空气预热温度、火焰温度、热传递速度、熔炼时间、燃料消耗、炼炉质量,他大大地影响着平炉生产率的提高。因此我们应系统的注意热工工作,加强热工管理,经常保蓄热室具有规定高的温度(1150—1300℃),把熔炼时间比目前大大缩短一步。
