目的 :了解大鼠纹状体内的钙离子基因相关肽 ( CGRP)在纹状体和苍白球内分布的生后发育变化。方法 :对出生后 1天至 1年的大鼠脑行冠状组织切片 ,尔后进行 CGRP的 ABC法免疫细胞化学染色。结果 :CGRP在纹状体的近尾侧部主要分布在纹状体的边缘区 ,为大量的密度很高的免疫反应阳性纤维 ,在纹状体的远尾侧部几乎遍布整个尾壳核 ,但以其外侧缘和腹侧为多 ,在尾壳核的外侧部形成一条浓密的阳性纤维带。苍白球内可见少量的CGRP免疫反应纤维存在 ,多靠近苍白球的内侧缘。 CGRP在纹状体内分布的生后发育特征为 :P0 1时边缘区有少量阳性纤维分布 ,P0 5时形成带状纤维分布 ,P10时尾壳核腹外侧部有阳性纤维分布 ,P30以后同成年。结论 :CGRP在纹状体和苍白球内具有独特的分布特征和生后发育规律
OBJECTIVE: To understand the postnatal developmental changes in the distribution of calcium-related gene (CGRP) in striatum and globus pallidus in rat striatum. Methods: Coronary tissue sections were made from 1 day to 1 year after birth in rats. CGRP ABC immunocytochemical staining was performed afterwards. Results: CGRP was mainly distributed in the marginal zone of striatum in the caudal part of the striatum, which was a large number of highly reactive immunoreactive fibers. The whole CGRP distributed throughout the caudate putamen on the caudal side of striatum, However, with its outer edge and ventral more, in the outer part of the caudate putamen to form a dense positive fiber band. Visible a small amount of globus pallidum CGRP immune response fibers exist, more near the globus pallidus medial margin. The postnatal developmental distribution of CGRP in the striatum was as follows: a small amount of positive fibers were distributed in the marginal zone at P0 1, a ribbon-shaped fibrous distribution was observed at P0 5, positive fibers were distributed in the lateral ventral part of caudate putamen at P10, . CONCLUSION: CGRP has unique distribution and postnatal development patterns in striatum and globus pallidus
