为重新评价阿苯达唑对泡球蚴的杀虫作用,将34只沙鼠腹腔内移植感染泡球蚴后,随机分成3个治疗组和3个对照组,分别于感染后30d、50d和7d用含阿苯达唑005%的药饵喂饲(剂量50mg/kg/d),连续治疗6、10和7月,停药3月后解剖。结果显示3个治疗组的泡球蚴组织较对照组明显缩小,重量下降,减重率分别为867%、933%和957%,其中有3/6、3/6和4/5的沙鼠中泡球蚴重量明显低于感染时的01g。同时发现有13只治疗组沙鼠泡球蚴涂片镜检无活的原头节。病理学检查显示泡球蚴组织结构受到严重破坏,囊泡塌陷,生发膜坏死脱落,原头节崩解与钙化,形成异物肉芽肿和纤维化。实验表明,阿苯达唑不仅抑制泡球蚴的生长,而且也具有杀死泡球蚴的作用
In order to re-evaluate the insecticidal effect of albendazole on Echinococcus granulosus, 34 gerbils were transplanted intraperitoneally for infection of metacercariae and then randomly divided into three treatment groups and three control groups, respectively. After 30d, 50d and 7d with albendazole 0 05% of the bait fed (dose 50mg / kg / d), continuous treatment of 6,10 and 7 months, stopping 3 months after the anatomy. Experiments show that albendazole not only inhibit the growth of metacercariae, but also have the role of killing metacercariae
