在人才培养过程中,教师的素质决定着教育质量的关键,高职院校教师是形成高职院校教育能力的主力军,是实现学校教育目标的决定因素。本研究以高职院校教师的基本任务为认识起点,探究教师职业劳动的内容和要求,明确教师素质的内涵,以期通过提升教师的素质、建设一支高素质的教师队伍,为提升教师的教育教学能力提供借鉴。
In the process of talent cultivation, the quality of teachers determines the key to the quality of education. Teachers in higher vocational colleges are the main force in forming the educational ability of higher vocational colleges and are the decisive factors in achieving the goal of school education. In this study, the basic task of teachers in higher vocational colleges is to recognize the starting point, to explore the content and requirements of teachers’ professional work, and to clarify the connotation of teachers’ qualities so as to build a highly qualified teacher team and enhance teachers’ Education and teaching ability to provide reference.
