目的:建立香薷中4种成分的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:用Eclipse XDB-C18柱,以乙腈-0.1%醋酸水为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,流速0.4 mL/min,检测波长274 nm。结果:咖啡酸、山奈酚、香荆芥酚和麝香草酚浓度分别在0.90~14.40、0.25~4.00、2.40~38.40、3.88~62.00μg/mL内有良好的线性关系。结论:本方法稳定,重复性好,可为香薷药材质量控制提供参考依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of four components in Methods: The mobile phase was eluted with Eclipse-XDB-C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.4 mL / min with a detection wavelength of 274 nm. Results: The concentrations of caffeic acid, kaempferol, carvacrol and thymol had good linearity in the range of 0.90-14.40,0.25-4.00, 2.40-40.40, 3.88-862.00 μg / mL, respectively. Conclusion: The method is stable, reproducible and can provide a reference for the quality control of medicinal materials.
