本文探讨了玄武岩纤维与高粘沥青复合后的混合料路用性能,通过室内制备工艺试验对其综合路用性能进行评价,包括高温性能、低温性能、水损害和疲劳性能性能。结果表明,在适当的制备条件下,玄武岩纤维高粘沥青混合料的高低温稳定性均优于普通SBS改性沥青混合料,沥青混合料的疲劳寿命有很大程度的提高,加入适量的玄武岩纤维能够有效改善沥青混合料的抗水损害性能,但超过最佳比例后,会导致沥青混合料的抗水损害性能降低。因此玄武岩纤维与高粘沥青复合后的混合料适用于高温多雨及低温地区。
In this paper, the road performance of the mixture of basalt fiber and high-viscosity asphalt is discussed. The comprehensive performance of the road is evaluated by indoor preparation process test, including high temperature performance, low temperature performance, water damage and fatigue performance. The results show that the basalt fiber high viscosity asphalt mixture has better high temperature stability and lower temperature stability than the ordinary SBS modified asphalt mixture under proper preparation conditions. The fatigue life of the asphalt mixture is improved to a great extent. The appropriate amount of basalt Fibers can effectively improve the water damage resistance of asphalt mixtures, but beyond the optimum ratio, the water resistance of the asphalt mixture will be reduced. Therefore, the mixture of basalt fiber and high viscosity asphalt is suitable for high temperature, rainy and low temperature areas.
