笔者曾服务于一家大陆与台商合资的大型食用菌生产企业,其香菇生产主要依托台湾太空包栽培法。现将有别于大陆袋栽香菇的一些技术要点阐述如下。 一、母种培养基配方与制作 除大陆常用的PDA培养基外,还有以下几种。 (一)麦片培养基 麦片20g,琼脂20g,葡萄糖10g,水1000ml。将麦片加水煮沸30～40分钟,过滤加琼脂及葡萄糖,再加水1000ml,调整pH6～6.5后分装注入试管中灭菌备用(注:麦片为一种食品,用燕麦或大麦粒压成的小片)。 (二)锯屑琼脂培养基 锯屑1kg,葡萄糖10g,琼脂粉20g。将柯类锯屑1kg加水煮沸40～60分钟,取汁液1000ml,加入葡萄糖及琼脂粉,加温溶解后,分装注入试管杀菌备用。 (三)完全培养基 硫酸镁0.5g,亚磷酸钾1g,次亚磷酸钾0.5g,蛋白胨0.5g,葡萄糖20g,维生素B_10.5g,琼脂20g,蒸馏水1000ml,将以上药品依次溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,取其滤液加入琼脂,溶化后再
