1984年以来,我们将整体铸造金属舌侧翼板树脂粘结固定桥(下简称粘结桥)用于前牙缺失的修复,现将结果报告如下。 一般资料:本组前牙缺失患者76例,年龄21~55岁。其中缺失1牙43例,2牙33例;上颌51例,下颌25例;修复时间2~5年。 粘结桥设计:粘结桥的基本结构为:①固位部分:主要为舌侧翼板。为尽量扩大粘结面积,除利用两侧基牙的舌侧面外,亦应充分利用缺隙邻面及其轴面角(包括唇、舌轴角)。②支持部分:除利用舌侧隆突外,应使切缘形成切斜面肩台,上颌为舌斜面。
