简述了辽河油田5×104m3原油储罐的工程设计特点与内容。该储罐在工艺、设备、消防、结构等方面均进行了优化设计,在其工程地质设计中,采用天然地基充水预压方法进行处理,该处理方法造价最低,处理后的地基土各项指标均满足工程要求,且可缩短施工周期。该扩建工程一次投产成功证明其工艺设计质量较好,节省了工程投资及运行费用。
The engineering design features and contents of 5 × 104m3 crude oil storage tank in Liaohe Oilfield are briefly described. The tank is optimized in terms of technology, equipment, fire protection and structure. In its engineering geological design, the natural ground-based water-filled preloading method is adopted for the treatment. The cost of the treatment method is the lowest, and the treated foundation soil The indicators meet the project requirements, and can shorten the construction cycle. The successful completion of the expansion project proved that the quality of its process design is better, saving investment and operating costs of the project.
