在电力建设工程中,绝大部分部件都属于锅炉压力容器范围,使用的材料也多为钢材。焊接是电建工程中最常用的连接形式,焊工的技术水平直接决定了焊接质量的优劣,进而影响到整个工程的安装质量。随着我国电力建设步伐的不断迈进,现在有很多国内的电建公司已经或者开始承接国外工程。这就要求我们电建单位适应国外的规范标准。本文从钢制锅炉压力容器焊工资格认证方面比较和分析了各国标准之间的主要差别和相同之处,希望能对今后焊接工作者走出国门有所裨益。
In the power construction project, most of the components belong to the scope of the boiler pressure vessel, the materials used are mostly steel. Welding is the most commonly used form of electric connection in the construction of the project, the technical level of the welder directly determines the quality of welding pros and cons, thereby affecting the quality of the entire installation project. With the continuous progress of China’s power construction, there are many domestic electric construction companies that have already begun or begun to undertake foreign projects. This requires us to build units to adapt to foreign norms. This paper compares and analyzes the major differences and similarities between national standards in the qualification of welders for pressure vessels in steel boilers. It is hoped that it will be beneficial to the future welding workers to go abroad.
