Who owns more consumers and higher frequency of purchase? The rankings, I believe brands are very concerned about. On May 2, Kantar Worldpanel released a ranking of the world’s FMCG footprints, revealing the world’s largest consumer and most frequently purchased brands. Emerging markets (Asia, Latin America and Saudi Arabia) contribute up to 98% to those brands that make the growth. Coca-Cola, the number-one consumer choice by consumers, tops the Kantar Worldpanel brand footprint list. Global consumers have chosen to purchase 5.3 billion Coca-Cola tablets in the past year, a result of 44% family penetration and the highest global buying frequency (15 times per year).
