本文围绕新型水合物化学抑制剂(防聚剂)在海上油气田现场应用过程中将遇到的管道输送工艺设计技术问题开展研究。首次以海上凝析油气田现场采集的油、水和按天然气组分配置的气体为实验介质,加入国内自主研制的水合物防聚剂,在水平透明实验环道上进行了水合物浆液流动压降实验。通过分析实验结果并借助液固两相流有关理论,初步建立了水合物浆液管输压降计算方法。针对某管线的实际运行条件,借助OLGA软件进行计算分析,结合上述压降计算方法,计算出使用防聚剂时管线的压降,为防聚剂的现场应用提供支持。
This article focuses on the problems encountered in the field of pipeline transportation technology design problems of new hydrate chemical inhibitors (anti-polymerization agent) in offshore oil and gas fields. For the first time, the oil, water and gas by natural gas components collected from the site of condensate field in oil field were used as the experimental medium, and the domestic self-developed hydrate anti-polymerization agent was added to conduct the pressure drop experiment of hydrate slurry flow in the horizontal and transparent experimental loop . Through the analysis of experimental results and the theory of liquid-solid two-phase flow, a preliminary calculation method for the pressure drop of hydrate slurry pipe was established. Aiming at the actual operating conditions of a pipeline, the OLGA software is used for calculation and analysis. Combined with the above pressure drop calculation method, the pressure drop of the pipeline when using the anti-agglomerant is calculated to provide the field application of the anti-agglomerant.
