新疆栽培食用菌已多年,但蘑菇大规模栽培还未进行.1994年以来,我们在学习内地栽培经验,结合新疆气候、土壤和水质特点,试验总结了一套适合本地大规模栽培的高产技术,并在青湖乡建成了新疆最大的生产示范基地.1997年基地内380户菇农栽培蘑菇达100000m~2,总产鲜菇700000kg,总产值达560万元,取得了较好的经济效益.现将其主要栽培技术介绍如下:1 统一生产供应优质菌种 我们先后从上海、福建.四川等地引进111、333、176、2796、三明1号等10多个品种,经多次对比试验,以福建的2796品种最适合新疆气候条件,表现抗逆性强、产量高、菇形适中、品质较好,单产达10kg/m~2以上.可选作大规模生产用种.基地内菇农用种,由技术人员和菌种专业户统一生产供应,严格管理,逐一检验,合格的才用于生产.
