4.火焰切割技术的新发展 1) J形气刨法切割U形坡口过去,U形坡口是采用传统的机械刨削,工作效率低,加工成本也较高。1960年美国联合碳化物公司Linde公司的Bmilton提出了火焰加工的新方法,即单通道的J形气刨。这个新方法对38.1~101.6mm(1 1/2in~4in)的厚板可以减少板边加工时间70%以上。两个J形气刨合起来就是一个U形坡口。J形气刨坡口形状参数包括钝边、根部半径、坡口宽度和坡口面角度(图3)。

The new development of flame cutting technology 1) J-shaped gouging cutting U-shaped groove In the past, U-shaped groove is the use of traditional mechanical planing, low efficiency, high processing costs. In 1960, Bmilton of Linde Company of United Carbide proposed a new flame processing method, that is, single-channel J-shaped gouging. This new method reduces plate edge processing time by more than 70% for thick plates of 38.1 to 101.6 mm (1 1/2 in. To 4 in.). Two J-shaped gas plane together is a U-shaped groove. J-shaped gas groove bevel shape parameters include the blunt edge, root radius, groove width and bevel angle (Figure 3).
