目的 建立杜仲降压片中水苏碱含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法，以磷酸二氢钾-三乙胺为流动相，检测波长为192nm。结果 水苏碱的浓度在0．2～2．0mg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好。结论 该方法简便、准确、可靠，可做为杜仲降压片中益母草的质量拉制标准。
