南昌地铁1号线一期工程从2012年7月6日24个站点全线开工建设,历经3年半的时间,于2015年12月26日开通试运营。1号线一期工程始于双港,终于瑶湖,全长28.8 km,设车站24座,途径6个城区,全部采用地下形式敷设,其中规划换乘站5座,总投资210亿元。最长站间距3 080 m,最短站间距585m。南昌地铁1号线采用国标钢轮钢轨制式B型车,每列车6节车厢,共计27列162辆。最高运行速度为80 km/h。列车具备自动驾驶模式和人工驾驶模式,并且具有故障自动诊断功
