拜耳无锡皮革化工有限公司是拜耳(中国)有限公司与无锡染料厂共同投资兴建的中德合资企业。总投资额为2400万美元,注册资金1320万美元;德中双方分别占98.5%和1.5%的股份。公司座落于无锡市国家高新技术产业开发区32号地块,总占地面积3.5万平方米。公司已于1998年6月正式投产。主要生产皮革鞣剂、助剂、涂饰剂三大类约二十多种产品,年生产能力9000吨,为中国及亚太地区皮革化工生产最主要的供应厂家之一。另外,公司现已建成一座皮革研究与应用中心,旨在向客户提供技术服务,并不断开发新技术及研制新产品,以满足国内外市场的需求。
Bayer Wuxi Leather Chemical Co., Ltd. is a Sino-German joint venture invested by Bayer (China) Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Dye Factory. The total investment is 24 million U.S. dollars and the registered capital is 13.2 million U.S. dollars; Germany and China account for 98.5% and 1.5% of the shares, respectively. The company is located in No.32 block of Wuxi National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, with a total area of 35,000 square meters. The company was officially put into production in June 1998. The company mainly produces leather tanning agents, auxiliaries, and finishing agents. There are about twenty kinds of products, with an annual production capacity of 9,000 tons. It is one of the leading suppliers of leather chemicals in China and the Asia Pacific region. In addition, the company has now established a leather research and application center to provide technical services to customers, and to continuously develop new technologies and develop new products to meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets.
