本工作采用高温固相反应法合成掺杂Eu ̄(3+)离子的Ba_2、Wo_3F_4荧光体,测定其X—射线粉末衍射、激发光谱和发射光谱,探讨了Ba_2Wo_3F_4:Eu ̄(3+)荧光体的发光特性。
In this work, Ba_2, Wo_3F_4 phosphors doped with Eu ~ (3+) ions were synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction. Their X-ray powder diffraction, excitation spectra and emission spectra were measured. The effects of Ba_2Wo_3F_4: Eu ~ (3+) Luminous properties.
