目的:优选辛芷通鼻颗粒的双罐逆流提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验方法,以木兰脂素、欧前胡素及异欧前胡素的转移率为考察指标,综合加权干膏得率,考察药材混合粉碎粒度、加水量、提取时间、提取温度等因素,优选辛芷通鼻颗粒双罐逆流提取的最佳工艺。结果:最佳双罐逆流提取工艺为:药材混合粉碎为最粗粉,每罐每次加8倍量水,70℃提取,每罐每次提取40 min。结论:优选的双罐逆流提取工艺稳定可靠,为辛芷通鼻颗粒制剂产业化开发提供研究基础。
Objective: To optimize the two-pot countercurrent extraction process of Xinzhi tongdan granules. Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal test was used to investigate the metastatic rate of magnollin, imperatorin and isoimperatorin, Extraction time, extraction temperature and other factors, preferably Sinopharm nasal double-tank countercurrent extraction of the best technology. Results: The optimum two-tank countercurrent extraction process was as follows: the medicinal materials were mixed and crushed into the most coarse powder, each time adding 8 times of water per tank and extracting at 70 ℃, extracting 40 min each time. Conclusion: The optimized two-tank countercurrent extraction process is stable and reliable, providing the research foundation for the industrialization development of Xinzhi Tong nasal granules.
