在备课时,教师考虑最多的是如何教学生,而往往忽视学生的个体特征以及运动项目的本质;教师往往用自己的标准去判断学生,并决定学生应该达到什么标准。于是,就造成了课堂设计脱离学生特点的现象。
Teachers often consider how to teach students when preparing lessons, but often neglect the individual characteristics of students and the nature of sports.
