在语文教学中,高效课堂是教师一直以来所追求的目标。如何进行高效学习,使学生在45分钟的课堂内就能够了解并掌握知识结构和学习目标,在情感价值上获得体会,是一个值得教师思考的话题。学生是独立的个体,每个人的认知方式、情感价值受家庭环境和社会环境的影响,各不相同,在进行高效学习时,没有一个统一和固定的模式。从学生的个性特点出发,抓住学生在学习语文时的闪光点,不断鼓励他们找到一种适合自己的方法,这就是我对高效课堂的理解。
In Chinese teaching, efficient classroom is the goal teachers have been pursuing all along. How to conduct efficient learning so that students can understand and master the knowledge structure and learning objectives in a 45-minute classroom and get the feeling on emotional values is a topic that teachers should think about. Students are independent individuals. Each person’s cognitive style and emotional value are influenced by the family environment and the social environment, and each has a different pattern. Therefore, there is no unified and fixed mode for efficient learning. Starting from the individual characteristics of students, students are encouraged to find a way that suits their needs by grasping the bright spots in their language learning. This is my understanding of efficient classrooms.
