自2008年《劳动合同法》等一系列劳动方面法律法规实施以来,劳动纠纷特别是集体劳动纠纷案件多发高发状态一直持续,笔者拟以广州地区为视角,从社会矛盾、劳资关系、立法现状等多维度探讨造成集体劳动纠纷的原因,结合实际热点和难点问题,从法律机制角度提出了相关的对策建议,特别是提出了构建有效公平公正的集体协商和争议调处机制的设想,以期对广州、广东乃至全国集体劳动纠纷的预防与处理提供法治化的解决路径。
Since the implementation of a series of labor laws and regulations such as the Labor Contract Law in 2008, labor disputes, especially collective labor disputes, have been going on continuously.
