目的总结65例10kg以下婴幼儿先心病的围术期处理经验,探讨适合低体重婴幼儿特点的围术期处理方法.方法本组65例做好充分的术前准备,术中加强心肺功能的维护,术后施实合理的机械通气、调整血容量,适量使用血管活性药物.结果死亡6例(9.3%),主要死亡原因是呼吸衰竭及低心排.术后并发症9例(16.67%).结论采用适合10kg以下婴幼儿先心病围术期的处理措施,可有效地减少术后并发症,降低死亡率.
