周建平,硕士,教授级高级工程师。1985年7月到中南勘测设计研究院工作。历任中南勘测设计院龙滩水电站副设总,副总工程师,大朝山C4标引水发电系统施工项目总监,国家电力公司水电水利规划设计总院设计处副处长,水工处处长,副总工程师,现任中国电力建设集团有限公司总工程师。周建平同志从事红水河龙滩水电站设计研究工作13年,担任副设总9年。参加过红水河龙滩水电站工
