小鼠SRS-82细胞株的电镜观察表明,其超微结构显示淋巴细胞的特点,在胞质扩大的囊泡内见到池内A型病毒颗粒。SRS-82株的无细胞提取液注射昆明种新生乳鼠24只,其中15只发生白血病,诱发率为62.5%。14只为淋巴细胞白血病,1只为粒细胞白血病。SRS-82株培养上清液的超速离心沉淀物混悬液,注入16只昆明种新生乳鼠,有4只小鼠诱发淋巴细胞白血病。上述研究结果表明。SRS-82株的无细胞提取液和其培养上清液的离心沉淀物皆具有致白血病活性。此外,对病毒与诱发不同的白血病类型之间的关系进行了简要的讨论。
Electron microscopy of the mouse SRS-82 cell line showed that the ultrastructure of the mouse SRS-82 cell line showed the characteristics of lymphocytes, and the type A virus particles in the cell were seen in the enlarged cytoplasmic vesicles. The cell-free extract of SRS-82 strain was injected into 24 Kunming newborn neonates, 15 of which developed leukemia, and the induction rate was 62.5%. Fourteen were lymphocytic leukemia and one was granulocytic leukemia. Supernatant suspension of SRS-82 strain culture supernatant was injected into 16 Kunming newborn neonates and 4 mice were induced to develop lymphocytic leukemia. The above research results show. The cell-free extract of SRS-82 strain and the centrifugal sediment of its culture supernatant all had leukemia activity. In addition, a brief discussion of the relationship between the virus and the different leukemia types was conducted.
