Patients with colorectal cancer have a poor prognosis with liver metastases, with an average survival of about 6 months. Despite reports of long-term survival, virtually all patients died within two years. Wood suggests that 16% of patients with a single liver metastasis can survive for more than 5 years. Recent reports suggest that heparin and fluorouracil liver infusion can reduce the occurrence of postoperative liver metastases. The authors report 1 patient with multiple liver tumor metastases who survived for 4 years after hepatic infusion therapy. Case report: Patient male, 62 years old, with right colon cancer, laparotomy revealed multiple (large needle) tumor metastases in the lobe, clear right hepatic lobe, no peritoneal dissemination, partial right colon resection, posterior hemorrhoidectomy Histological examination confirmed liver secondary
